What a better way to deal with this weather and overall stress than moving the body.

Dance Culture is born out of the necessity to express ourselves through movement, letting go all worrisome and/or sorrow that might be entering or inhabiting our lives. Body movement is such a great and natural way to release trapped emotions and/or ongoing uncomfortable feelings or tightness in our bodies and souls.

As we continue to do this, I’d like to explore other forms of expression.

We will be having an easy going dance class, more like a party, filled with latin rhytms and moves like Merengue, Salsa, Bachata and Regueton for you to unleash your wild side and dance like nobody is watching!

Learn how to dance and enjoy salsa dancing on your own. For partner dancing we can discuss a different type of class (Send me a message by clicking on Contact)

We will start at 4:15pm warming up our bodies, then I will show you some easy steps along the music, that we will be incorporating on every song in patterns. Think of an aerobic class, but way more fun. It’s easy and fun and you’ll be dancing!

Dress code: wear something comfortable: from dance attire, sweatpants, workout clothes to anything that allows you to stretch and move you body, while making you feel pretty. Sneakers, dance shoes or something comfortable to dance with.
